The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.338 of 2020 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code but cognizance has been taken under Section 306 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case 'false' against the petitioner, vide Annexure 2 to this application.
