2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the restatement of informant. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 8 days without any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.01.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
