JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 24.03.2011 contained in Memo No. 381 dated 05.04.2011, passed in Case No. 36/2011 passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.9190 of 2011 (10) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
