JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2018 This case has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was required to make payment of Rs.5,00,000/- to the informant within six weeks from the date of order i.e. 27.11.2017. He has already made payment of Rs.1,50,000/- and has further arranged to pay the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-. He, therefore, seeks further time to arrange the remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- In such circumstances, the order dated 27.11.2017 is modified to the extent that petitioner may surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in terms of the order dated 27.11.2017, and in that event, he will be released on anticipatory bail on same terms and conditions.
