The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the case due to previous enmity and village politics and he has no criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023.
