Patna High Court CWJC No.6549 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 School, Rajepur, Urdu, Dhaka, DistrictEast Champaran has been encroached by the Respondent no.9 for which petitioner filed several application before the respondents, same has not been considered as yet and further give other legal consequential benefit of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dhaka, District-East Champaran, Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
