2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.18502 of 2015(3) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 "1. That the application is for issuance of writ in the nature Mandamus directing the respondents Principal Secretary/Director Primary Education to enquire and examine the appointment of Private respondent Virendra Kumar Kaushik as a post graduate trained teacher on and from 2/5/1985 at Madhya Vidyalaya, Tetua, Atri, District; Gaya and he has received huge public money by way of salary, promotional benefits etc. most illegally in connivance with some of the official respondents, and also for further direction to realised the entire public money paid to him during his service period along with interest and also punish him according to law."
3. No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 4.3.2024 also.
