The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons assaulted the informant. It is specifically alleged that petitioner no. 7 Onkar Yadav assaulted on the head of the informant with iron rod, whereas petitioner no. 1 Paltan Yadav snatched Rs. 2,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54074 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury of informant has not been found to be grievous in nature. The petitioners'' side have also received injuries. There is counter version of the occurrence. In the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
