JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2016 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that all the post-retiral dues have been paid except statutory interest on his GPF and GSS amount for five months.

Though no counter affidavit has been filed but a stand is being taken that everything has been paid. Still this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise grievance
