Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 2193 of 2015 registered under Sections 403,406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is of defalcation of money.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and all the bills are in the name of Nawab Buildcon Company who delivered the articles and no offence is attracted against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46124 of 2016 (5) dt.09-02-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with C.R. No. 2193 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
