This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Madanpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Dr. Leelawati Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly informed this Court that charge sheet in this case has already been submitted whereupon cognizance has been taken.

She wishes to withdraw this petition so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of cognizance. The petitioner has the liberty to avail of the remedies to which he is entitled.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
