The petitioner has been in custody since 06.03.2019 in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 37(b),30,38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession and he has been unnecessarily harassed for the same and also the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
