By the impugned order dated 02.12.2013, the Court below allowed the intervention application filed by the intervener recording a finding that he has got direct interest in the suit property after the death of his father.

In such view of the matter that property has been settled in favour of original defendant i.e. the father of the intervener, the Court below has rightly allowed the application, as such, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
