JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 5.12.2022, passed in CWJC No. 8087 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, has passed the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 12.11.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2023-24 and the encroachment in question shall also be removed forthwith, in case there is no other legal impediment. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, for enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 12.11.2024. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
