It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the aforesaid order has later on been complied on 01.10.2015. On being satisfied with the sufficiency of reasons mentioned in this application for omission on part of the

No.3926 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 23.09.2015 has fully been complied on 01.10.2015.
