The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 421, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Pankaj Kumar Ghosal and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence.
