The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) (xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the accused persons demanded extortion, made assault and abused and calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute for which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54639 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 complaint was made to S.P. at the behest of the accused persons the present case has been lodged. At earlier point of time the petitioners' side lodged Complaint Case No. 314 of 2015 and for the occurrence of 08.09.2015 the FIR was registered on 17.09.2015.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and accusation being levelled in the background of land dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-III, Supaul in connection with Supaul (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
