2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have fired upon the victim when he was getting construction work done on a plot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2024. The name of the petitioner has not come initially in this case but subsequently, in the case diary, the petitioner has been named by the informant.

5. The petitioner is accused in 15 more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
