JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that petitioner No. 3 Rinki Devi has been arrested by the police on 29.01.2018, but this fact was not brought to the knowledge of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Therefore, this fact was not brought to the notice of the Court on 20.02.2018 and the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

In such circumstances, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 20.02.2018 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that anticipatory bail is confined only to petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, namely, Usha Devi and Kaushalya Devi. The prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 3 stands dismissed as having become infructuous after her arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3855 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 prior to passing of the aforesaid order.

Let this order be communicated to Sri Subir Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Nawadah, in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017.
