Petitioner is in custody in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 37 (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case total 34.800 liters of illicit liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
