2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 28.03.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14703 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail but inadvertently, in the cause title, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Late Rajeshwar Sah in place of Late Rameshwar Sah, due to which the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as Late Rameshwar Sah in place of Late

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25862 of 2025(6) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 Rajeshwar Sah.

4. Let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 28.03.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14703 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
