The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kamtaul P.S. Case No.94 of 2016 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner did not hand over the documents with regard to appointment of teachers in Hariharpur Panchayat. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined as Secretary in 2011 and his predecessor did not hand over the relevant document of appointment of teachers made in the previous year.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48427 of 2017 (3) dt.13-11-2017 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S.
