The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to provide the information sought by the Petitioner through Right to Information on 10/01/2024 (ANNEXURE 6) because the petitioner is aggrieved by non-responsive behavior of the Respondent No 5 in connivance with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6464 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 Respondent No 4 & 6.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondent No 1 and 2 to take strict actions against the Respondent No 4, 5 and 6 and for enquiry from specialized agency."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of its aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
