This application has been filed for quashing the part of the order dated 6.8.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya in ABP No.1703 of 2015 by which in the provisional anticipatory bail some strict conditions were imposed. In nutshell allegation has been made that after marriage petitioner did not keep opposite party no.2 in a fair and proper manner and started demanding dowry, tormented her and ultimately entered into second marriage. This Court has adjourned the case in a hope that dispute would be resolved but the stand which has been taken

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55123 of 2015 (6) dt.22-08-2016 by the petitioner is not for any solution outside the Court. In such view of the matter, this Court does not intend to interfere with the matter at this stage.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
