Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected thrice vide orders dated 12.12.2017, 01.08.2018 & 26.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53128 of 2017, 40966 of 2018 & 19848 of 2019 as contained in Annexers - 1, 2 &3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzuffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 437 of 2018 arising out of Kanti P.S.
