The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(A) For direction upon the respondent Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission to publish the date of physical efficiency test- afresh pursuant to advt. no. 1/2019 for those candidates whose request for giving opportunity of physical efficiency test was accepted by the commission but without taking physical efficiency test of those

(B) For direction upon the Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission to allow the petitioner who had similarly made request for extension of the date of physical efficiency test in view of medical report as per announcement made by the commission at the centre of physical efficiency test i.e. Shaheed Rajendra Prasad Singh Rajkiya Uchch Vidyalaya (Patna High School), Gardanibagh on their respective of physical efficiency test (PET).

(C) For commanding the respondent Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission to publish the final result only after taking physical efficiency test of the petitioner.

(D) The respondent Bihar Subordinate Police Service Commission may be restrained from publishing the final result of the post of Sub Inspector of Police, Sergeant, ASJ (Direct) pursuant to Advt. No. 1/2019 during pendency of the writ petition."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel, appearing for the respondent-Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission submits that since the petitioner did not appear in Physical Examination Test (P.E.T.), she has been disqualified and moreover, at this juncture, the selection process is already over,

Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid averment made by the learned counsel for the Commission, however, he seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in fresh selection process, which may be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.
