Learned counsel for the Union of India points out that there is a provision for revision and, without exhausting that remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court, whereupon, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach the Revisional Court and the Authority will examine the case of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to file revision.
