The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted with Hasuli on the head of the informant and snatched gold chain, fifty thousand rupees, mobile and wrist watch. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53647 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
