The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled to be given the MACP on the basis of the fact that the petitioner has rendered altogether 32 years of service and lastly retired as Block Education Officer on 31.07.2012. The petitioner has been granted the 1st ACP and 2nd ACP.

Learned counsel for the petitioner proposes to file a representation before the competent authority i.e., the Respondent No. 4, the Director, Primary Education, Department of Education, Bihar Patna raising his detailed claims within a period of two weeks.
