The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons killed the son of informant by sharp cut weapon. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 12.11.2018 and 19.11.2019 respectively and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against

Other co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 4.6.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19551 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 427/2018.
