During the pendency of the writ application, the parties have sat together and they have resolved their disputes and now the prayers made in the writ application have lost their significance and in view of the statements made by learned Senior Counsel for the parties that now the work is going on as per schedule of work, this Court thinks it just and proper to dispose of the writ application as having become infructuous with one expectation that the work shall continue as per the schedule of work to which the parties have duly agreed at the bar.
Let it be recorded that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and all contentions of the parties for any cause of action which may arise in future remain open. Applications stands disposed of accordingly.
