02. 08.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saahrsa. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.)
