Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.07 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner and the other co-accused are agnates of the informant and both are residing at the same place. It has been submitted that on account of property dispute, an altercation took place between two families for which Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 was lodged from the side of the petitioners and only to save their skin, the present case has been lodged. The allegation of assault and snatching a gold chain is omnibus.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21906 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail is allowed and the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-Cum-A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.07 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
