The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim, who happens to be major, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated that she herself left the house and solemnized the marriage with one Parvej Alam. Petitioner is innocent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
