For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Nagendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who was caught on the spot and, therefore, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
However, this order shall not cause prejudice to concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
