The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case on account of investigation mobile was recovered from the room of one Amit Kumar and SIM which was recovered from the mobile was in the name of Amit Kumar and police recovered the same. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
