Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 515 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 411, 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that the petitioner was involved in snatching of bag containing Rs. 2,20,000/-. Materials have come during investigation that he was involved in the alleged crime. The petitioner who is resident of West Bengal has committed the crime in Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28259 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2022 and the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated and he has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The trial of the petitioner is directed to be expedited by the Court below.

If there is no sufficient progress in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
