JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,325 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with Dabia on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be superficial of marginal size and simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation not being corroborated with the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53550 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Araria in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
