2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, petitioner was acquitted by the learned trial court from the charges levelled against him. So, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State does not have any objection over the same.

4. In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as it has become infructuous.
