====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Nawada (Twon) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 341, 384, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other accused persons having petrol jar in his hand came and after sprinkling k.oil on Kevelco machine of the informant, burnt it. They also made firing on glass of other Kovelco machine and tried to put the informant in the burning machine,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25159 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 but the informant any how manged to run away. It is further alleged that after burning the machine, petitioners and other accused persons fled away making firing.

From paragraph-3 of the bail petition it appears that another case is also pending against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail stands rejected.

Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantial progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
