2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 576/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is the owner of the Scorpio bearing fake registration number. After purchasing the said Scorpio from Ashok Singh, with the help of Umesh Rai and Awadhesh Rai, the petitioner was using the said vehicle.
