Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, a Panchayat Teacher, is aggrieved with regard to an order of transfer, the remedy for her under Rule 18 of the Bihar State Panchayat Teacher (Niyojan and Seva Sart) Niyamawali, 2006 will be only before the concerned District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority.
