14-12-2016 Heard Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and subsequently, on the basis of confessional statement of one of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. He submits that petitioner has been made accused maliciously.

However, after going through the statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner is having
