JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for directions to the respondents to make payment of current salary as well as arrears of salary since 1.9.2006, as the petitioner has been working on the post of Panchayat Teacher in Primary School, Sikaria, Musahari, P.S. Paliganj, District Patna and also to direct the respondents to make available fund for payment of both current and arrear salary to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Patna within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory
