The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries found on the informant are simple in nature. It is also submitted that the parties are agnates and the dispute relates to partition of family properties. It is further submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioners, namely, (1) Gautam Singh,

(2) Pawan Singh and (3) Sonu Singh @ Sonu Kumar Singh, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail
