5/6 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-05-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the dispute involved in the present case has been resolved amicably, inasmuch the decision taken by the Eastern Regional Committee, National Council for Teachers Education for withdrawal of the recognition granted to the B.Ed. Course to the Petitioners-college has been rectified and the recognition has been restored from the Academic Session 2019-20.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the Nalanda Open University submits that the University shall be taking appropriate steps in accordance with the notification issued by the N.C.T.E., by which the aforesaid recognition of the Petitioners-college, which was withdrawn earlier, has been restored as also in light of the interim order passed by this Court earlier.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Nalanda Open University to act as per the order of restoration of the recognition of the
