JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioners. Except suspicion, nothing has come against these petitioners. Alleged place of recovery does not belong to the petitioners. Recovery has been made from the house of Yado Dom, with whom these petitioners have no concern. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
