The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the informant that he has supplied 1682 bags of cement worth Rs.4,96,000/- on the guarantee of the petitioner. Defence has been taken that cement was supplied to his son who is running the business but later on son of the petitioner died. Now petitioner has paid all outstanding dues from the retrial dues which he has received and in token of that he has produced the receipt showing payment of the money.
