2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 69 of 2024, corresponding to Muffasil Motihari P.S. Case No. 644 of 2023, in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 304(B), 34 of IPC.

3. Vide order dated 18.10.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-2, East Champaran, Motihari dated 20.11.2024 is kept at flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that the trial of this case will likely to be concluded within 3 months, if both the parties co-operate.

4. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.

6. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
