The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-VI, Araria.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The occurrence took place due to Panchayat Election. Further submission is that both the parties are own brother.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation of Farsa blow on the head of nephew of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43326 of 2017 (5) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 informant against the petitioner with intention to kill him. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his application is rejected.
